Never quit!! That’s one thing I’ve learned over the past year! Consistency is the key with exercise for sure! That’s something I didn’t understand and frustrated me when I first started working out. Results will come, but it is a process!! Anyway, stay positive and try to fit something small in everyday!
Here’s a quick easy interval workout:
Do each exercise for 30 seconds and rest 10 seconds between each set, repeat 3 times
- Jumping Jacks
- Wall Sit
- Push ups
- Crunches
- Squats
- Planks
- Side planks
- Lunges
I ended this workout with a little bit of yoga!
